Misu started with two best friends, one trip to Italy in 2025, and a shared obsession for tiramisu.

Wherever we travelled, tiramisu was the first thing we ordered. Every cup a hunt for the perfect balance of savoiardi and mascarpone. After countless desserts, none of them were the one.

So we came home to Melbourne and went straight to the kitchen.

What began as late-night recipe testing became months of refining every ratio, every soak, every cocoa dust. Misu is what came out the other side: tiramisu made the way we wished we could find it.

Today, Misu is Melbourne's tiramisu bar, devoted to one dessert, done properly.
